Who is the offer aimed at?

The Finnova Partner Portal is aimed at all interested parties who want to be informed about the available REST interfaces in the Finnova context. It provides an overview of available interfaces and endpoints as well as access to the corresponding interface documentation.

What does the Finnova Partner Portal offer?

If one of the following statements applies to you, the Finnova Partner Portal is the right place for you:

  • I want to find out about the current range of REST interfaces from Finnova.
  • I want to view the interface documentation for a specific REST interface.

What is in the interface documentation?

The interface documentation contains a more detailed description at field level, based on the OpenAPI specification:

  • Technical summary of functions/endpoints provided by the interface
  • Change log with content description of version changes
  • Technical description of the functions/endpoints
  • Example of how the functions/endpoints are called
  • Technical description of the input/output fields per function/endpoint
  • Marking of mandatory fields
  • If necessary, prose text for fields that have a dependency to a function/business case
  • All fields have a data type
  • Fields that require domain values contain references to the so-called code tables

For licence holders, the following is also available on request:

  • Mapping of interface attributes to the Finnova Core Suite attributes for assistance in operational support cases (indicative and as far as possible)
  • German version of the interface documentation
  • Quote requests for further analysis and documentation

What is not described and guaranteed in the interface documentation?

The interface documentation does not describe:

  • Specifics and dependencies resulting from specific parameterisation
  • The business logic behind the interface in the Finnova Core Suite and in the respective parameterisation
  • Processes that can be supported by the interface
  • The call sequence to be followed to illustrate a specific use case

The interface documentation does not guarantee:

  • Machine readability/processability

What are the prerequisites for accessing the Finnova Partner Portal?

You need to register in advance to obtain access to the Finnova Partner Portal.

Access is free for all product and technology partners as well as for Finnova licence holders.

Interested parties who have neither a product nor a technology partnership with Finnova and who are not Finnova licence holders can pay a fee for access to the partner portal. Just send a request to EcosystemOffice@finnova.com

What does it cost to use the Finnova Partner Portal?

Access to the Finnova Partner Portal is free for all Finnova product and technology partners and Finnova licence holders.

Interested parties who have neither a product nor a technology partnership with Finnova and who are not Finnova licence holders can pay a fee for access to the partner portal. Just send a request to EcosystemOffice@finnova.com

Is it possible to try out interfaces?

If you would like to try out an interface, for example to demonstrate the integration capability of your product/your solution in the context of a proof of concept, Finnova can offer you a dedicated integration environment (a so-called integration box).

This integration box can be adapted to your individual needs (e.g. software version, patch cycle or parameterisation).

Do you want to be a Finnova product or technology partner?

You can become a Finnova product or technology partner if you meet one of the following conditions:

As a Finnova product partner my product supplements the Finnova product range in total or in part.

As a Finnova technology partner I share my expertise, my know-how and/or my software product/solution (or parts thereof) with Finnova what supports Finnova in its role as a software producer.

Does one of these conditions apply to you? Then contact us at EcosystemOffice@finnova.com with the following information so we can examine a possible partnership:

  • In which area(s) do you envisage cooperation with Finnova?
  • What products/solutions would you bring to the cooperation?
  • Please describe your company and the above-mentioned products/solutions. Alternatively, let us know where we can find a description of your company and the above-mentioned products/solutions (website/YouTube, etc.).
  • What do you expect of cooperation with Finnova?
  • What would be the added value of this cooperation for Finnova and our customer banks?
  • Are you already in contact with Finnova customers and/or is there already a corresponding preliminary project or implementation?
  • How present are you on the Swiss market with your products/solutions and/or who do you already work with?
  • What sets your product/solution apart from your competitors' products/solutions?
