Introductory course: Finnova CRM for Banks

Objectives

The participants are familiar with the structure and functionality of the Finnova CRM module. They get an overview of possible CRM concepts, their practical implementation and their application at a bank.

Users of the Finnova CRM module (Business analysts, product managers, product responsibles, marketing managers and bank employees with an interest in CRM)
